Dribbling is one of the most exciting football skills. Good dribbling helps you escape pressure, create chances, and beat defenders.
1. Keep the Ball Close
Small touches = more control.
2. Use Both Feet
Practice dribbling using left and right foot.
3. Look Up While Dribbling
Don’t watch the ball continuously. Scan the field.
4. Practice Cone Dribbles
Set up 5–6 cones and dribble through them.
5. Use the Outside of the Foot for Speed
This helps in quick sprints with the ball.
